Out-And-About in the Industry
Our landscaping team is always trying to keep ahead of industry news and technology. In order to stay on top of our game, we attend the many different classes and workshops offered each season through different schools and professional landscaping nurseries. We also visit local and national landscaping trade shows. We love when these opportunities come along, enabling us to learn about new equipment, products and techniques.

Trade Show Participation
GIE+EXPO - The Green Industry & Equipment Expo
Hosted in Louisville, KY, this is by far the LARGEST trade show for the landscaping industry. Technically speaking, it's actually 2 trade shows since they've joined forces with Hardscapes of America.
There are over 19 acres of outdoor demonstrations as well as 750+ exhibits and vendors. Held over a 3-day weekend, there's a variety of workshops, product demonstrations, gardens, hardscapes and guest speakers (last year's keynote was Papa John!).
J.R. was invited to attend with one of his landscaping professors. While there, the team conducted a workshop on hardscapes and created a patio, fire pit and outdoor stove.

New England Grows
This is the New England's largest landscaping exposition at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. We suggest you bring along your pad & paper (or iPad if your're into technology), because throughout the weekend, you will find a variety of useful information, such as product demonstrations, vendors, workshops and expert speakers.

Northeast Hardscape Expo
Held at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, this show is geared specifically towards hardscape professionals. J.R. will be attending this year (March 14 & 15). You will find J.R. helping to present a demonstration on hardscape installation with the UNH group.
The Boston Flower & Garden Expo
Held annually at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. Take a look at the photos we snapped while attending.
This is a great show for not only professional landscapers but even better for the inner home-gardener in you!
